A noise impact assessment stated, “It may not be realistically viable for this development to be residential properties due to the mitigating measures required.”
The plans were rejected due to concerns over noise disturbance.
The rejection was based on "Insufficient information has been provided to fully demonstrate that future residents would not suffer from unacceptable noise disturbance from the adjoining live music venue."
