Views are now being sought on an update to guidance on the assessment and rating of onshore wind turbines.
An Onshore Wind Taskforce Strategy has been published today by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).
The bulletin highlights the IOA Awards 2025, celebrating excellence and service within the field, and includes updates on the UK Acoustics Network (UKAN) and the follow-on initiative, Noise Network Plus. It also covers various initiatives from the Institute on education, policy, research, and public engagement, with a focus on upcoming conferences and initiatives and the role of the Institute and its members.
